“I was not happy with the service. The event was to start at 11am until 4pm and it was delivered late. About noon. Once it was set up the inside was muddy and dirty. They took that one down and delivered another one around 1:15/1:30pm. That bounce house was clean and the kids enjoyed it. However, they were told to pick up the bounce house at 4pm and they picked it up at 3pm. An hour early. I told him we still had an hour and he just shrugged and said call Jorge. We were only able to utilize the bounce house for about 90 mins. Because the first bounce house was dirty they did give me a $10 discount however I feel ripped off because I only got 90 mins of actual time and I paid $170 for 5 hours. Will be reaching out for a refund. Highly disappointed!”
